Work Experience

Ameet has acted and advised on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and real estate financing transactions. He has represented well known corporations in high-value disputes. Ameet has acted for high profile clients but also spent a significant amount of time on pro bono legal work.

Ameet has been involved in several prominent international arbitrations. His firm acted as solicitors to the Government of Maharashtra in its dispute with Enron with respect to the Dabhol power plant. The firm also acted for Wind World during their international arbitration with their collaborators.

Ameet has also appeared for clients in several domestic arbitrations and mediations. He has advised clients in complicated proceedings for the enforcement of arbitral awards in India.
